Our condo address is 15b Nipmuc Trail. It is a first floor unit with 1 garage spot and one outside spot. It
has two spacious bedrooms and two baths. There is a laundry room and utility room with plenty of
storage space.
We continually renovate and perform routine maintenance on the unit for a carefree home for our tenants.
In 2010, the kitchen was updated with a stainless steel refridgerator, stove and drawer dishwasher.
Also, at this time, the deck was replaced and the windows replaced. Maintenance items included a new
hot water heater, duct work cleaning, refurbishing the furnace.
In late 2011 and early 2012, complete replacement of all carpeted areas (bedrooms, living room, dining
room, and halls), complete repainting of entire condo, refurbish bathrooms with new lighting, vanities,
and hardware, new lighting in common areas, replacement of all electrical switches and outlets and
replacement of more windows.
